For an INSIDE MOUNT, the blind width should match the window width, and the blind height should match the window height. Therefore, the Blind Width would be 23", and the Blind Height would be 72". For an OUTSIDE MOUNT, add at least 4" to both the blind width and height. Consequently, the Blind Width would be 23"+4", and the Blind Height would be 72"+4". Please note that the fabric width will be 0.8" shorter than the size of the shade.
