MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Hardware is included for inside or outside mounting. For inside installation, please order a window shade that is at least 1/4 inch smaller than the width of your window, and a minimum 2-inch window frame depth is required. For outside installation, the cellular blind needs to be 2 inches wider and longer than the window width and length for better shading effect.
