Mounting our shades on a door is not a problem. Just send us a special message requesting "hold-downs" to be included. You can also mount our shades in any room, including the bathroom and kitchen. The minimum mounting depth required is 1-1/8". As for the headrail dimensions, the headrail alone is 1-5/8" deep, while the headrail with bracket is 1-7/8" deep. The headrail height is 1-1/8".

If you receive the incorrect size shade, please take a picture of the measurements of the actual headrail with a metal tape measure and provide it to us for review. Your shades should arrive within 7-10 days from the order date, depending on your location in the US. Need to process a return? Use your account purchasing center/orders for all return requests.

Having trouble snapping the headrail into the bracket? Ensure that the brackets are evenly aligned and leveled. Also, make sure they are not set too far back into the window, allowing enough room for the headrail to "snap" into place.

We offer regular cordless shades and top-down bottom-up shades. The cordless operation of our cellular shades allows you to have some flexibility in length. For windows less than 48" tall, you can order the 48" height, and for windows between 48" and 72" tall, simply order the 72" length and adjust the shade to your desired length.
